local_gas_station 1. What FillRadar provides

FillRadar displays maps, routes, forecourts, reported fuel prices, EV charging points, LPG refuelling points, boat fuel points, distances, update times and price alerts. Home-screen widgets use the last location saved while the app was open and may refresh prices for that area; they do not independently retrieve location while the app is closed. Route search is available to signed-in users. Free currently includes one new origin-and-destination route per day. Every route search returns each alternative Google offers, up to three, and every plan may keep up to ten saved routes. Eligible Premium users receive a higher daily allowance. Google may return fewer alternatives. Repeating the same route, choosing a different alternative, or changing the fuel and corridor filters does not use another daily allowance. Limits may change as the service develops.

warning 2. Fuel prices, maps and driving safety

Fuel Finder data is supplied and updated by third parties. Prices, opening information, amenities, locations and timestamps may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Always check the price and fuel grade displayed at the forecourt before filling. Distances, savings and journey times are estimates, not offers or guarantees.

Price notifications are best-effort. Free accounts may receive one saved-station or saved-charger price-change notification per UK calendar day; Premium accounts are not subject to this daily limit. Saved-route price-drop notifications are sent only when FillRadar observes that the cheapest monitored station on a saved route has fallen by at least 2 pence per litre against its alert baseline. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable, and prices must still be checked at the forecourt or charger.

LPG prices are not published by any UK scheme, so every LPG figure in the app was reported by a driver using it, or taken from a third-party list and shown with its date. Nobody verifies these figures. They may be wrong, out of date, or refer to a pump that is no longer in service. Treat them as an indication of where to look, and check the price and availability at the site. Reporting requires a signed-in account and is limited to three reports per site per day; we may remove or ignore reports that appear inaccurate or abusive.

Boat fuel prices are not published by any UK scheme either. Each figure in the app was reported by a boater, or taken from the Inland Waterways Diesel Survey or a marina operator's published price list and shown with its date. Marine diesel is priced by the duty declaration made at purchase — a 60/40 split, domestic or propulsion — and the app shows the declaration each figure was quoted under. The declaration you make is your own legal responsibility, and the price you pay depends on it. Check the price, the declaration terms and whether the pontoon is open with the operator before relying on any figure. Reporting requires a signed-in account and is limited to three reports per product per site per day.

The FillRadar price outlook is an informational model based on wholesale and historical data. It forecasts a likely direction, not an exact future price, amount or date. It may be wrong and is not financial, purchasing or travel advice. Always check current forecourt prices and make your own decisions.

manage_accounts 3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. Google sign-in is also subject to Google's terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the law provides otherwise.

block 4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer or bypass the security or access controls of the app, APIs or infrastructure, except where the law expressly permits it.
• Do not use automated scraping, bulk extraction or resale of data through FillRadar, or use the service unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights.
• Do not submit malicious content, impersonate another person or attempt unauthorised access.
• Do not report an LPG or boat fuel price or availability you know to be untrue, or use reporting to mislead other drivers or to damage a business. Reports are shown to other users and are kept as a record of what was claimed and when.

FillRadar depends on Google, Firebase, Meta (when selected), UK Government Fuel Finder, Open Charge Map and OpenStreetMap. Charging point data is © Open Charge Map contributors under CC BY-SA 4.0; LPG locations are © OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database Licence, with sites OpenStreetMap does not list taken from AutogasApp and from Morrisons. Boat fuel points come from the Inland Waterways Diesel & Pumpout Price Survey, MDL Marinas and OpenStreetMap, placed using data from the Canal & River Trust under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Their services, content and availability are governed by their own terms. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners. FillRadar's software, design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law; no rights are granted except the limited right to use the app under these terms.

published_with_changes 6. Availability, changes and suspension

We may maintain, change or discontinue features, and may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or service operation. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, FillRadar is provided for personal information purposes and we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate third-party data, connectivity failures, decisions made without checking the forecourt, or use contrary to these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

delete_forever 8. Ending use and account deletion

You can stop using the app, clear local data or uninstall it at any time. Signing out does not delete an account. You can delete your account in the app under Profile > Privacy & Data > Delete Account (see how to delete your account and data), or contact us using the details below. We may retain information where required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

balance 9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory protections you have as a consumer. If you are a UK consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. Otherwise, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
