Delete your account and data
You can delete your FillRadar account in the app. You may also ask us to delete specific data without closing your account.
Delete your account in the app
- Open FillRadar and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile.
- Open Privacy & Data.
- Select Delete Account and confirm the request.
Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete an account.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@fuelscoutuk.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “FillRadar account deletion request”. We may ask for enough information to verify that the account is yours.
What is deleted
We delete your FillRadar account, saved routes, saved vehicles, route and price-alert preferences, notification tokens, account-linked usage records and FillRadar Premium entitlement records. Your confirmations of other people's LPG and boat fuel reports are deleted too. Local FillRadar data is cleared from the device as part of account deletion.
Fuel-price data, public charging data and anonymous aggregated usage counts cannot identify you and are not account data. LPG and boat fuel price reports you submitted stay, with your identifier removed, because other drivers rely on the price and its date. Google Play may retain purchase and payment records under its own terms. Firebase authentication data is removed from live and backup systems within up to 180 days; logged authentication IP addresses are generally retained for a few weeks. We may retain limited information only where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Delete specific data without deleting your account
You can remove saved routes, saved stations and alerts in the app. To request removal of other account data while keeping your account, email support@fuelscoutuk.app with the subject “FillRadar data deletion request”.
